Us girls at County Vets are taking on a virtual Lands End to John O’Groats (LEJOG) for Veterinary Month of Movement 
Together we’ll be aiming to clock up 874 miles during October by any active means we choose!
Exercise is important for us all to reduce stress, boost self esteem, improve our concentration & also to have fun!
